Smash your PB
Train smarter, run stronger and unlock your full potential – without your body and life falling apart
Does this sound familiar?
You love running.
It clears your head, challenges you, makes you feel like you.
And you’ve got big goals – a road PB, a trail ultra, reaching the podium, or just feeling strong again.
You’re motivated and get out the door – but without structure, feedback, or accountability – your progress stalls.
And then the setbacks arrive. Injuries, life distractions, and poor performances.
It's left you feeling frustrated, low in confidence and not sure what to do next.
You want to feel fit, strong, and achieve new heights.
Deep down, you know you're capable of more.
Not just for the next race. But for every single one of them.
Here’s the good news – you’re not alone.
And there’s a smarter way to train for your next race.
Running coaches give you a program that’s built around your specific goals, fitness level and lifestyle.
They tell you what to do, how to train, and most importantly, when to back off to avoid injury.
They’re in your corner, tracking your progress and making sure you’re not alone.
But coaches are more than just that.
They improve your diet, speed up recovery and strengthen your mindset. All while fitting the demands of running into your busy life.
And this means you stop second-guessing your training.
You get less injuries, run faster, recover quicker, have a better run/life balance, and feel happier.
But the best bit? It shows up everywhere.
You’re proud of what your body can do – and who you're becoming in the process.
You feel more confident at work, more present with your family. You’re energised for what matters most.
That’s what great coaching can do.

FAQs
-
My coaching is highly personalised. You get daily communication and regular feedback. Your training plan adapts to your life—not the other way around. Every plan is individually tailored. It matches your event, goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. No two plans are the same, because no two athletes are alike.
-
Absolutely—that's exactly what it's built for. I specialise in helping athletes juggle work, life, and big goals. Together, we build a plan that fits your reality, not fights against it.
-
Not at all. You just need commitment to your goals. I coach runners of every pace who value structure, accountability, and steady progress. Whether you're chasing podium finishes or just want to feel strong again, I've got your back.
-
You’ll be faster and stronger, and you'll feel more consistent, confident, and fully in control of your training. Whether you’re tackling a new distance, smashing your PB, or finally running injury-free, we'll focus on the goals that truly matter to you.
-
Everything is tailored to you — training plans, strength work (if you choose the combined option), ongoing feedback, video analysis, on-demand calls, and daily communication. You’re not just getting a plan — you’re getting a community.
-
Life happens—so we adapt. Your plan stays flexible, adjusting weekly (and sometimes daily) to fit your needs. That’s the strength of 1-to-1 coaching. We can tweak the plan, add cross-training, or collaborate directly with your specialist.
-
Yes. I work with runners training for everything from one-milers to mountainous 100-milers. Some athletes stick to one terrain, but I believe strong runners are built by being well-rounded—no matter the surface.
-
Absolutely. Building a strong, durable body that can handle the load is a big part of my coaching. With a tailored plan, regular check-ins, and custom strength plans, we focus on long-term health, not just short-term gains.
-
Not necessarily. While access to weights is ideal, I tailor your strength plan to what you have—whether that’s bodyweight, bands, or full gym equipment. The goal is to build running-specific strength in a way that fits your life.

Coaching is ongoing and billed every 4 weeks. There’s a 6-month minimum commitment, because real progress takes time. The runners who get the most out of coaching are the ones who stick with it. This commitment makes sure we’re both in it for the long haul.
